LoBue Events provides elegant, gourmet and delicious meals for every occasion. Our cuisine uses 100% local and organic produce, natural meats from small farms, fish from sustainable sources and Artesian dairy.
We possess a deep reverence for the environment and are inspired by the spectacular ingredients it produces. We aim to articulate and enhance flavors using techniques both traditional and contemporary.
Our catered events range in size from a delivered luncheon for two to sit-down dinner for 300. Chef Nicole LoBue works closely with you to individually shape your event; creating a unique menu based on your needs and inspired by the season.
When shaping event menus, we take into consideration seasonal availability and the tone of the occasion, as well as personal tastes and cravings. We care for all the details of the food, wine, service, and ambiance; leaving you free to enjoy your event.
