We will go deeper into some of my favorite preparations of fish.
Some of the dishes we'll make include Dashi, balanced fish broths, tea smoked black cod with chilled cucumber salad, wild salmon sashimi with pickled watermelon relish, seared halibut with bread & herb salsa, and ’fish & chips.'*All participants are given recipes prepared in class and resources.
